This 1930’s semi detached residence was designed to refocus primary spaces into a practical amalgamation of work and leisure with vantage points from many angles and views onto the garden.

Penna worked closely with the clients to realise their dream of transforming a derelict farm house into a retreat in the hills of Lake Como.

Penna were invited to extend and remodel the Ground floor of this late Victorian terraced house.
