Commissioned in 2019, Penna were invited to extend and remodel the Ground floor of this late Victorian terraced house. The brief sought to address an imbalance often found in period properties when subjected to modern living  ideals and aspired to refocus the heart of a home’s entertaining space into a new kitchen and dining facility, while accentuating the use of natural light and views to the garden.
