Commissioned in 2019 and due to embark on construction in 2021 this 1930’s semi detached residence suffered with layout that actively prevented our clients from enjoying precious family time together. With an array of differing interests which required designated space, but the desire to still feel together, Penna were tasked with refocusing the primary spaces into a practical amalgamation of work and leisure with, at its heart a welcoming multi tiered cinema space, allowing vantage points from many angles and views onto the garden.
